Terms of use

By using the MargLabz website or software you agree to these terms. MargLabz is provided by Marg ERP Ltd., New Delhi, India. If you use MargLabz on behalf of a lab, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that lab.

Your account and your lab's data

Your lab owns its data. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data your team enters. Access is role-based and every clinical and financial change is recorded in an audit trail.

Clinical responsibility

MargLabz is a laboratory information system, not a diagnosis. Every result is released only when your qualified pathologist validates and approves it — AI assistance in the product never authorizes a clinical result on its own. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your qualified staff.

Acceptable use

Use MargLabz only for lawful purposes and in line with the access your role permits. Do not attempt to breach the security of the service, access another lab's data, or use the service to store data you are not entitled to hold.

Subscription and payment

Fees, billing cycle, renewal and cancellation terms apply as set out in your order form or partner agreement. Where those documents conflict with these general terms on commercial points, the order form or partner agreement governs.

Availability and support

We work to keep MargLabz available and supported through your local Marg partner, but the service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Marg ERP Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
