Deleting your social media data
What MargLabz keeps when your lab connects Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile or LinkedIn, and how to have it deleted.
What we keep#
- The id and name of each Page, Instagram account, Business Profile location or LinkedIn page your lab connects.
- An encrypted access token, used only to publish posts your lab has approved and to read how those posts performed.
- The posts your lab published through MargLabz, with their reach and likes.
We do not read or keep the personal data of people who like, comment on or share your posts.
Disconnect an account#
Sign in to MargLabz, open CRM → Social → Accounts and press Disconnect next to the account. Its access token is deleted immediately and nothing more is posted to it. You can also remove MargLabz from the network's own settings, for example Facebook → Settings → Business integrations.
Delete all of your social media data#
Write to us at the address below from your lab's registered email address and ask for your social media data to be deleted. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, as set out in our privacy notice.
